A : Register your organisation by clicking here. After completing and subitting the registration form. you will receive a request to confirm your email address, please follow the instructions in this email.

Q: how long does it take for a newly registered account to become active?
A : After you've confirmed your email address, the activation of your account by one of our moderators can take up to one week.

Q: I've registered, and have confirmed this by using the link that was emailed to me, but I stil cannot login.
A : If, after following the above steps, you still cannot access Arts Energy, please contact us.

Q: I'm not funded by Arts Council England. Can I register with Arts Energy?
A: Arts Energy is free to use for any arts organisation in England.
